How many items may I purchase in one order?
| You may purchase a maximum of five creations in one order. Please kindly note that the following quantity limits may apply: – Maximum of (1) creation same reference per client. |
What if a product is unavailable?
| If you are interested in purchasing a creation that is currently unavailable, we invite you to contact us through our WhatsApp or Instagram messages. A personal advisor will provide you with further information. |
How can I modify or delete my order?

Can I get a tax refund if I purchase through the phone and/or website?

Delivery
What are the delivery options?
| Online and phone orders may be delivered to all regions in UAE. The following delivery options may be offered depending on the region and the availability of your creation. – Standard delivery – 1 to 5 business days – 2-3 hour delivery in Dubai for orders placed by phone before 4:30 pm on business days and if the creations are ready to ship – Same day delivery in Dubai (we invite you to order before 4:30 pm on business days) if the creations are ready to ship – Next day delivery across all Emirates if the creations are ready to ship |

How long does it take to deliver a made to order item?
Most Nukhba creations are meticulously made by our skilled artisans following your order. Each piece is being touched by 3-5 hands, depending on the design and its complexity.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the production of your unique item.
More complex items may require up to 4 weeks, excluding any holiday terms.
Our team will keep you notified throughout the process. After the creation is complete, the jewellery creations may be shipping within 1-5 days across UAE.
May I have my order delivered to a hotel or at work?
| Your order may be delivered to your work place and hotels. Please note that in any case, a signature and your ID will be requested at the time of delivery. |
How can I track my order?
| As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link through email. You may also contact one of our personal advisors by phone, email, WhatsApp or Instagram messages for assistance. |

Return and Exchange
What is the return & exchange policy?
| Creations purchased online or through our Client Relation Centers can be returned for refund within 14 days or exchange within 30 days from the invoice date. To qualify for any exchange or refund, the following conditions need to be met: • It must be returned in a new and unworn state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original packaging, including all accessories and documents, and accompanied by the appropriate sales slip. • The creation does not have any personal engravings and has not been altered from its original condition (resized, modified) • It is not a custom order or special order. |
How can I return an order?
| To return your order, you may call our client advisors. One of our client advisors will send you the return label via email and organize a pick up date for your parcel. |
Can I exchange or return a gift?
| A client or a recipient of a gift of Nukhba creations may return or exchange Nukhba creations within 14 or 30 days following invoice date. In terms of refund, only the client will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the returned product is more expensive than the exchanged Nukhba creation. If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the Gift Recipient will be charged the difference in price. |
When will I receive my refund?
| As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. You will first receive a return confirmation notification. Then, creation(s) will be submitted to a quality control. Once the control passed, you should receive your refund within 14 days. |

How will my Nukhba creation be delivered?
The House of Nukhba delicately wraps your order with its new wrapping. All of our creations are carefully wrapped in an elegant signature golden box reflecting the noble universe of Nukhba.

Can I include a personalized gift message to my purchase?
For gifting occasions, you may include a personalized message with your package. Write your message on your shopping bag page or choose to handwrite it on the blank card that will be included in your parcel. Th message may be in other languages such as Arabic, Urdu, French, e.t.c
Services and Personalisation
Can I engrave my piece?
You may engrave a selection of creations when placing your order through our Client Relation Center or online for UAE orders. Engraving can increase the delivery time.
Can I adjust the size of my Nukhba creation?
To ensure the perfect fit and your absolute comfort when wearing your creation, Nukhba offers an adjustment service. This intervention is available for most of the creations, depending on their technical and aesthetic specifications. We kindly advise you to contact us through email, WhatsApp or Instagram messages to confirm your need.
How much does it cost to adjust a creation?
Nukhba offers adjustment service as a courtesy for 12 months after purchase. However, some adjustment services can require additional costs.

How long does it takes for the adjustment service be completed?
It takes less than 2 weeks for the adjustment service to be completed, but each intervention lead time may vary, depending on the complexity of the work required.

How to take care of my piece?
You may visit our care advice section where you’ll find advices for each of your creations and for their precious stones and material. You may also find care advices and instructions for your watch on this section. For further information, you may contact one of our personal advisors by phone, email or through WhatsApp messages and Instagram messages.
What should I do if I have a problem with Nukhba creation?
We strongly advise you to contact our one of client advisors should you have any problem with your creation or for all issues related to care or after-sales service, whether it concerns jewelry or watches. Our personal advisors will be pleased to advise you on the appropriate service. Any kind of work or alteration made outside our workshops is a risk of damaging or altering the integrity of your creation.
How long is the repair intervention on a Nukhba jewelry or timepiece creation?
Each intervention lead time may vary, depending on the complexity of the work required. Your boutique advisor will be able to provide you with an estimated duration but the creation will always be closely examined by our experts in the workshops where a definite diagnosis, cost and duration will be established and submitted to your approval.
